LMBD4 PLC is a simple and reliable way to keep ever growing heating expenses down.

A cheap, robust and simple to use combustion analyzer for oil, gas or other burners with a closed combustion chamber and fan equipped burners. Also for pellet, coal,
coal dust or firewood furnaces as well as for fireplaces, furnaces with and without a feeder.

Lambda measurement range in the expanded version is now 1 – 4 which corresponds to 15.75% of oxygen.

Now our device comes with new additional functions:

– programming, controlling and monitoring our devices via the internet using computers and Android devices ( smartphones and tablets )
– real time data transmission
– full communication with all PLC2011 controllers, devices can communicate with each other without the user’s supervision
– AES-256/SHA-256 data encryption
– multichannel astronomical clock tracking sunrise and sunset times, cooperating with the device’s built-in timer

If you provide maintenance services you can oversee the boiler rooms of all of your clients, remotely restart the furnace or switch it’s parameters. You can view whether the furnace is working correctly or was there a malfunction. It depends only on how you do connections for the device.

Our combustion analyzer is a complete solution if you need to set or maintain efficiency of your boiler or furnace.
It enables you to test, measure and set up your boiler’s or furnace’s combustion process by yourself and without having to pay for expensive servicing. It also helps you to reduce the amount of fuel used as it helps you to properly set up oxygen to fuel ratio, carbon dioxide level and excess of air in the combustion process.

Our analyzer is recommended for:
– installers, servicemen – after installing in a client’s boiler room it enables constant monitoring of the furnace’s behavior, allows the client to spot any irregularities and call for technical support before a defect occurs or the furnace stops working (especially important in big investments)
– individuals who want to monitor their furnace’s behavior by themselves, without paying for expensive maintenance services. It allows to reduce the amount of burnt fuel thanks to the ability of regulating and then monitoring the burners settings

The benefits of setting up the boiler or furnace properly can be seen almost instantly. It allows you to save a really big amount of fuel during the heating season if you keep lambda/oxygen level in the exhaust flue stream not too high. Also using this device is very cheap as you only need a Pt-100 platinum resistor temperature sensor that is available cheaply on various Internet auctions.

Remember that you have to adjust combustion parameters every time when you fill your tanks with new fuel delivery and every cleaning/maintenance or even every some days when atmospheric pressure and humidity change.

This set includes a planar lambda probe instead of a universal one.
The main pros of the planar probe:

  • more accurate measurements
  • heating time only 30 seconds
  • less vulnerable to outside temperature changes
  • three times less electricity used by the sensor’s heater

In what way can you control and lower the costs of fuel?
It is easy.
Our device offers you 4 types of counters:

  • BURNER “ON” TIME counter (%)
  • BURNT FUEL counter (liter or USgallon)
  • PRODUCED ENERGY (kWh)
  • PRICE OF BURNT FUEL ($)

You can evaluate and compare data from last hour, day or week.

At your disposal you also have an “infinite” counter which you can reset e.g. after everytime the tank is filled or at the start of the heating season etc.

A useful feature is the graphic low-fuel-level alarm ( the desired alarm level you can set by yourself ) and the information on how many days we have a supply of fuel in the tanks.

All the calculations are based on the devices inner counter which works whether the analyzer is connected to a computer or not.
For the readings to be carried out you first need to enter the configuration parameters such as nozzle size, fuel price or tank size.
Counters and meters can be reset at any time.
This tab of the program helps you to analyze and plan the costs of buying fuel and heating.

We also give you a set of tools for an advanced analysis and ability to log to file the parameters of the combustion proces.

The log begins when you check the START RECORDING box and click the LOG TO FILE switch.
You can:
– watch the log on the fly on your monitor in the ANALYSIS window
– write to file all available parameters

Two files are generated:
– a .txt text document which you can import e.g. to Excell for further analysis
– an .elk file which you can load in the program and view it at any time on your monitor

Parameters of combustion process that can be recorded:

  • O2
  • CO2
  • Lambda
  • Efficiency
  • Gas temperature
  • Two temperatures ( eg. boiler room and outside )

You can also record:

  • 1-wire inputs/outputs status
  • 8 x 1-wire thermometer status
  • the amount of time left ( in days) before you run out of fuel

 

You can record all of these parameters at the same times or pick only the ones you want.

Software is ENGLISH and supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales.

The device comes with:

    • calibrated lambda probe (oxygen sensor)
    • a power-supply unit
    • an USB cable
    • CD with software, drivers and a manual
    • a nut (thread 18mm x 1.5mm) made from stainless steel used to install the lambda probe

The flue gas temperature sensor ( Pt100 ) is not included in the package.

PLC2011C1 Intelligent programmable multicontroller

The PLC2011C1 is a programmable controller operated via the internet from PC, mobiles and tablets with Android. Can be used to control different circuits and to data acquisition. It had 56 controlled outputs in total, a 1-Wire BUS for 32 Dallas digital thermometers, 32 temperature regulators with hysteresis, 16 differential thermostates and DMX512 BUS for RGB LED lighting, dimming, lighting scenes. MODBUS may be used to expand functionality of other PLC controllers and systems by remote control over the internet using Android. Can send all variables, thermometer readings or output statuses to a different PLC device or computer.

The PLC2011C1 Controller, together with the PLC2011A1 Programmable Controller and the PLC2011B1 Alarm available on our auctions, will do a great job in replacing expensive and complex ”Intelligent Home” systems that cost a few thousand dollars/euros for the valuation alone.

Instead of expensive touch pads you can use cell phones, tablets or computers. No additional device is needed to build your own intelligent installation and control it from any place in the world thanks to an encryption system which protects sent out commands. One set like this replaces a whole ‘system’ which is many times more expensive and is also easier to install and use.

Please notice that the software is free and without limits of used copies, the battery charging system is built into the device and all available interfaces are in the price of the product. You do not have to buy anything else except for a gel battery.

To operate the device you need only a tablet or mobile phone with Android or a PC, devices that everybody possess. Due to this, the PLC2011C1 is cheap both as an investment and during exploitation.

PLC2011C1 controllers are great for controlling all kinds of automatic gates, roller shutters, lighting, temperature measurements and regulation, controlling LED lighting.

The device has a built in astronomical clock which enables automatic control over circuits, lighting or temperature depending on the time of day.
Besides automatic work, any circuit can be remotely controlled using a computer, cell phone or tablet.

Programming and operation:
The device is easy in operation and does not require programming knowledge.
This is not a typical programmable logic controller. You do not program it in the STL language or build a LAD ladder. It’s a controller programmed by creating logical functions in the form of equations using available variables, intended for people who do not have time to learn how to program relays but who need to carry out a quick modernization of their electrical installation, who want to equip it with additional logical functions, temporal dependencies between circuits but first and foremost who want to control the installation using the Internet without having to worry whether the transmission is safe.

More important device features:

  • 24 open collector outputs with NPN Darlington transistors for external relays with 12VDC coils
  • 1 auxiliary power +12 VDC output for relays
  • 32 outputs working based on four DS2408 units (input/output modules connected using 1-Wire – these are not a part of the package and should be bought if needed)

New: Thermocouples

All PLC2011 controllers with a 1-wire bus now support thermocouples thanks to a MAX31850 amplifier integrated circuit.
Now you are able to connect up to 32 thermocouples instead of DS18B20 thermometers.
This opens a wide array of industry applications where extreme temperature (up to 2000 °C) measurments are needed.
You only need to buy a thermocuople – 1-Wire adapter and enter it’s serial number in an empty thermometer field in your PLC2011 or LMBD4 PLC.
All changes are also implemented in the DLL library.

The controller is also for use in industries, factories or plants.

A few words about safety:
The device was designed with a lot of attention put on safety. An advanced, military strength cryptographic system protects data from being intercepted during transmission and used again, prevents unauthorized access to the device by people trying to impersonate the rightful user. From now on you can safely open gates or roller shutters even on the other side of the planet without fear that an intruder will intercept the Internet transmission and use it to break into your house, open your gate or roller shutters or disarm the alarm. The only thing you cannot do over the internet is change the device password. You can do that only over a USB connection when you are physically present beside the device and after you enter an additional PIN code.
Used security technologies:

  • hash function SHA-256
  • symmetrical encryption with the AES-256 algorithm
  • cryptographic time stamping

Interfaces:
PLC2011C1 has all the interfaces used for communication and no additional cords or adapters are required. Standard computer network wiring is enough for the device to work properly. This type of functionality is not found in any other device available on the market. An ethernet cable is not included in the package.

The software, firmware, USB drivers and the manual are constantly modified and updated. The ones you receive on your CD may be older than those currently available on the manufacturers website. Please always download the newest versions from the Internet.
Please remember that new software may not always want to cooperate with old firmware written into the device. Please read the readme.txt files every time and update the firmware when required.
Software and firmware updates are free.

We will gladly help you to configure the device.
In this case contact us via the free Skype communicator. We will also help you design an alarm or intelligent home installation in a renovated or newly build house.
We advise to install the device during the construction phase because it will be easier to fix any damages to the installation done during the construction work. It will eliminate situations where you discover that certain cables do not work only after you have fully painting and decorating your walls.
The device should be placed in a sealed electrical box and the state of the installation should be monitored from time to time as the construction progresses.

You do not need to monitor the device after you place it in your electrical box. You operate it via the Internet.
The PLC2011A1 can work automatically, without the users supervision.
You can also control it remotely (switch relays on and off, program, change settings) using the internet (not only using LAN). You do this using the attached software.
Checking the status of the device (inputs, relays) is possible using a web browser in a laptop, PC, netbook or mobile phone.

Firmware update:

NOTE1: All previous settings will be lost. You should write down or do screenshots of every screen in the PC software, espacially the thermometer serial numbers.
NOTE2: You should not reload the configuration using a *.ccr file. All settings should be done manually. A CCR file from an older version will not work with new firmware and will only cause havoc in the settings.
NOTE3: You should treat the device as in had never been programmed before and all settings must be done manually. Set IP addresses will not change.

A very useful function was added for PLC2011A1 in the software for Android devices.
Now you can convert the readings of your counters to any unit (for example kWh or $) and display them on your mobile or tablet screen.
You will be able to see at any time e.g. how much electricity are you using to heat the water using an electric boiler or how much does it cost.

PLC2011A1 controllers are great for actions such as controlling garage, rolling and other types of automatic gates. Connected gates can be opened and closed via the internet using a PC, laptop or mobile phone. You can control and chechk the status of the gates in your house, shop or company while being on the other end of the world.
The device is also suited for controlling all kinds of roller shutters or lighting. It is equipped with a built-in AstroTimer which allows you to open/close the shutters or swtich on/off the lights depending on the time of day.
It can work automatically as well as you can control the circuits remotely using a computer, mobile phone or tablet.

Please note that the configuration software does not have a limit of used copies, the battery charging unit is built into the device, every possible interface is in the price of the device. The only thing you need to buy additionally is a gel battery.

Safety:
The device was designed with a lot of attention put on safety. An advanced, military strength cryptographic system protects data from being intercepted during transmission and used again, prevents unauthorized access to the device by people trying to impersonate the rightful user. From now on you can safely open gates or roller shutters even from the other side of the planet without fear that an intruder will intercept the Internet transmission and use it to break into your house, open your gate or roller shutters or disarm the alarm. The only thing you cannot do via the Internet is change the password to the device. The password can only be changed when you connect the device to your computer with an USB cable and enter the PIN code.
Used security technologies:

  • hash function SHA-256
  • symmetrical encryption with the AES-256 algorithm
  • cryptographic time stamping

Interfaces:
PLC2011A1 has all the interfaces used for communication and no additional cords or adapters are required. Standard computer network wiring is enough for the device to work properly. This type of functionality is not found in any other device available on the market. An ethernet cable is not included in the package.

Programming and operation:
This is not a typical programmable relay. You do not program it in the STL language or build a LAD ladder.
This is a relay programmable by building logic functions using available variables, intended for people who do not have time to learn how to program relays but who need to carry out a quick modernization of their electrical installation, who want to equip it with additional logical functions, temporal dependencies between circuits but first and foremost who want to control the installation using the Internet without having to worry whether the transmission is safe.

The PLC2011B1 splendidly serves its purpose as a programmable alarm system and measuring unit. From now on you will be able to view the temperature in every room. Some sensor you can mount under the ceiling as an additional anti-fire alarm and program in such a way that a rise in temperature exceeding given ranges would trigger an alarm.

The PLC2011B1 alarm system, together with the PLC2011A1 and PLC2011C1 Programmable Controllers , will do a great job in replacing expensive and complex Intelligent Home systems that cost a few thousand dollars/euros for the valuation alone.
Please notice that the software is without limits of used copies, the battery charging system is built into the device and all available interfaces are in the price of the product. You do not have to buy anything else except for a gel battery.

The PLC2011B1 Internet Alarm System does not require wall manipulators which drive up the cost of the system and make it more complicated. A seemingly cheap alarm unit needs a few manipulators to be operable. When you value comfort, you need several manipulators costing a couple of hundred euros each. Here you need only a tablet or mobile phone with Android or a PC, devices that everybody possess. Due to this, the PLC2011B1 is cheap both as an investment and during exploatation.

You can control the Internet Alarm System and our other Programmable Controllers using the same software. You can create macro commands for Alarms and Controllers at the same time. Viewing their status and controlling the devices is possible via the internet using tablets or mobile phones with the Android operating system. You can configure the devices via the internet using a PC.

A new option was added for PLC2011B1 Programmable Alarm device. Now you can increase the outputs or inputs number by using 2 output/input modules connected to 1-Wire BUS.

Another new function is available in the newest versions of the software for our device. This function will allow you to use the device as a thermostat. Cooling or heating devices can be connected to our device which will control their operation depending on the temperature. You can set these devices to heat a room up if it’s too cold or cool it down when it’s too hot. You can set up threshold temperatures which when crossed will switch your heater or cooler on or off. The thermostat function requires a DS18B20 thermometer for proper functioning.

New: Thermocouples

All PLC2011 controllers with a 1-wire bus now support thermocouples thanks to a MAX31850 amplifier integrated circuit.
You are able to connect up to 32 thermocouples instead of DS18B20 thermometers.
This opens a wide array of industry applications where extreme temperature (up to 2000 °C) measurments are needed.
You only need to buy a thermocuople – 1-Wire adapter and enter it’s serial number in an empty thermometer field in your PLC2011 or LMBD4 PLC.
All changes are also implemented in the DLL library.

It is good to mount the alarm in a sealed box and monitor it’s state during the construction process.
